With a combination of nursing expertise, years of caregiving experience, and a shared passion for serving others, we provide personalized care while building meaningful connections with every resident and their loved ones.

Wesley
Wesley brings more than 20 years of experience caring for adults in both clinical and outpatient behavioral health settings. His career has been centered on providing compassionate, person-focused care while supporting the unique needs of each individual.
Continuing his family’s legacy in adult family home care, Wesley is passionate about creating a home where residents are treated like family. He believes that kindness, patience, and genuine relationships make all the difference in helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and at peace.
When he’s not caring for residents, Wesley enjoys spending time fishing and cooking for family and friends.

Jennifer
Jennifer is a Registered Nurse with more than 15 years of combined healthcare experience. Her background in behavioral health, combined with her experience on a surgical unit, has strengthened her clinical judgment, assessment skills, medication management, and ability to provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a variety of settings.
As a fluent Tagalog speaker, Jennifer is able to provide culturally sensitive care and communicate comfortably with many Filipino residents and families.
Jennifer is committed to treating every resident with the same compassion, respect, and dignity she would want for her own family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her horses and competing as an equestrian.
